Do you implement Onit CLM?
Yes. Swiftwater implements, migrates, optimizes and supports Onit CLM for corporate legal departments. Our team includes an early Onit employee and Onit Level 4 certified practitioners, and Gary Wheeler has delivered Onit CLM programs.
Can Onit CLM run alongside Onit ELM?
If you already run Onit for matters and spend, we scope how CLM fits alongside it: which contract workflows move into CLM, what data the two share, and who owns each process. Our enterprise legal management practice covers the ELM side.
Can you migrate our contracts to Onit CLM?
Yes. We migrate contracts and their data from shared drives, legacy repositories and other CLMs, deciding with you what goes in live, what is archived and what is discarded, and validating the load against the source.
How long does an Onit CLM implementation take?
It depends on scope. A repository-only implementation can take 45 to 90 days; an end-to-end rollout with a dozen or so templates, 4 to 6 months; with sales or procurement integrations, up to 12 months. We usually start with a 4 to 6 week Discovery Sprint and a 6 to 12 week pilot.
Can you support an Onit CLM we already have?
Yes. We fine-tune workflows, templates and approvals on existing Onit CLM deployments, and provide ongoing administration through our CLM administration service.
