Apttus combined with Conga in 2020, and the contract lifecycle product now carries the Conga name. Conga CLM is built on the Salesforce platform, so many deployments started as Apttus inside a sales organization’s Salesforce org, and legal inherited them.

Is Conga the same as Apttus?
Yes, it is the same platform line. Apttus combined with Conga in 2020, and the contract lifecycle product now carries the Conga name. Many legal departments still run configurations built in the Apttus era.
Do you implement Conga CLM?
Yes. Conga, which grew out of Apttus, is one of the CLM platforms our practitioners evaluate and implement, alongside Onit CLM, Docusign CLM, Agiloft and SpotDraft.
Can you optimize an older Apttus deployment?
Yes. We rework templates, workflows and approvals that were built for sales in the Apttus era so they match how legal and the business contract today, and we set legal up to own its templates.
Can you migrate us off Apttus or Conga?
Yes. We migrate contracts and their data onto Conga or off it to another platform, deciding with you what goes in live, what is archived and what is discarded, and validating the load against the source.
Should we choose Conga CLM or another CLM?
Start from your requirements, volumes and the systems the contract record has to live with. Conga fits naturally when contracting runs through Salesforce. Our CLM practice is vendor-agnostic at selection, so if another platform fits better, we will say so.
