    How it is priced

    How Onit is priced.

    1. 01

      Platform and legal spend

Onit ELM is priced on the platform and the legal spend that runs through it. Onit does not publish a price list.

    2. 02

      No per-user pricing

Onit does not charge per user, so adding lawyers, approvers or business users does not change the license.

    3. 03

      Modules priced separately

CLM, legal hold and legal service requests are each priced separately.

    4. 04

      Apptitude

Some customers add Apptitude, Onit’s low-code layer, to build their own apps and workflows.

    Beyond the license

    The costs outside the license.

The license is one line. These are the rest.

OnitX and Unity follow the same model: platform and legal spend, with modules priced separately. SimpleLegal customers activated on Unity keep their pricing and gain Unity’s added features (SimpleLegal pricing).

For a quote that holds, know your legal spend, the modules you need now and later, and every system the platform has to connect to. Then compare the full cost against the Onit alternatives.
