    What we do

    Agiloft CLM services.

    1. 01

      Implementation

Agiloft configured around how legal, procurement and sales work.

    2. 02

      Process design first

Playbooks, approval frameworks and intake settled before configuration.

    3. 03

      Templates and workflows

Templates, clause libraries and approval chains, owned by legal.

    4. 04

      Migration

Contracts and data moved onto Agiloft, or off it to another platform.

    5. 05

      Integrations

Salesforce, procurement and eSignature connected at the start.

    6. 06

      Optimization and administration

Fine-tuning after go-live, then ongoing administration if you want it.

    Readiness and maturity

Readiness and maturity: the two things buyers forget.

    Readiness

Whether the organization is ready to adopt: who owns the contract, who has to use the system, where intake lives, and whether templates and contract data are in a state a CLM can use.

    Maturity

Where your contracting process sits today: standard templates, playbooks, an approval matrix and clear escalation paths. A CLM automates the process you have, so a less mature process needs design work first.

    How it runs

    How an implementation runs.

    1. 01

      Discovery Sprint

4 to 6 weeks mapping your contract lifecycle and scoping a pilot.

    2. 02

      Design

Templates, clause library, approval matrix and playbooks, owned by legal.

    3. 03

      Pilot

6 to 12 weeks on one priority contract workflow, running real contracts.

    4. 04

      Rollout

Integrations, legacy contract migration and the adoption program.

    5. 05

      Fine-tuning

We stay through the first six months, when real configuration needs surface.

    Frequently asked questions

    Do you implement Agiloft CLM?

Yes. Our practitioners have Agiloft implementation experience, and we implement, optimize, migrate and support Agiloft CLM for corporate legal departments.

What should we settle before configuring Agiloft?

The contracting process: who owns each contract type, where intake lives, the playbooks and approval matrix, and the templates legal will own. Configuring a platform before those are settled builds the old process into the new system.

Can you optimize an Agiloft deployment we already have?

Yes. We fine-tune workflows, templates and approvals on existing Agiloft deployments, and provide ongoing administration through our CLM administration service.

Can you migrate us to or off Agiloft?

Yes. We migrate contracts and their data onto Agiloft or off it to another platform, deciding with you what goes in live, what is archived and what is discarded, and validating the load against the source.

Should we choose Agiloft or another CLM?

Start from your requirements, volumes and the systems the contract record has to live with, and evaluate platforms against them rather than against a demo. Our CLM practice is vendor-agnostic at selection, so if another platform fits better, we will say so.
